We can advise you on effective carpet and floor cleaning, restoration jobs and proper kitchen and restroom maintenance. Our helpful and approachable staff always strives to find the right solutions for your needs.

As an authorized warranty dealer, we strive to repair and service your equipment to get you up and running quickly. We have expert service technicians who repair vacuums, extractors, scrubbers, flood and fire restoration equipment.

Outside Sales Force

Debra McCalla
Debra McCalla is a third generation and part owner of McCalla Company. She started off in the office but officially became an outside salesperson in 2001. She specializes in accounts that demand customized attention in training, education, customer service, and problem solving. She works closely with her customers to ensure the very best customer service and that all their facility needs are met with the highest standards. Some of her accounts include private schools, assisted living facilities, and Non-Profit Organizations. Today, Debra, along with her family, continue to create new innovations that is instrumental in growing the culture of service and longevity in the McCalla family business.
Bart Lapkin
Bart Lapkin is a senior salesperson and marketing representative for McCalla Company. He is responsible for account development and service. Mr. Lapkin joined the McCalla team in 2003. He has over thirty years of janitorial, food service and industrial shipping supply distribution: to facilities in the Great Los Angeles area. Prior to joining McCalla, Mr. Lapkin was the COO of Alan’s of California, a local supply company that focused on retail, commercial and non-profit organizations facilities, with a product mix similar to McCalla Company. Mr. Lapkin is married and enjoys travel and dining with his lovely wife Lori. Mr. Lapkin is no stranger to a six-day work week, but still finds time to enjoy his lifelong passion of collecting rare and hard to find US and World coins.
Michael Miller
Michael Miller is a father, husband, sports enthusiast, and long-time experienced salesperson. He has been with McCalla for 30 years and loves taking care of all businesses from his schools to his senior living residencies. What he enjoys most is getting to know his customers and making sure all of their needs are met, all while giving them the best customer service possible
Scott Gourlay
Scott Gourlay has been with McCalla Company since 2000. He is here to help with all your cleaning and maintainence needs. If he doesn’t know the answers, he will find the right person to answer them. Scott takes much pride in helping his customers. Before Covid, Scott would spend weekends visiting hospitals and nursing homes with his wellness dog he has personally trained.
Ruben Rodriguez
Ruben Rodriguez starting working for Woolworth’s washing dishes in the 60’s. From there his work experience included selling janitorial supplies both wholesale and retail as well as owning his own janitorial business for 23 years in the San Fernando Valley. The last 6 years, with McCalla Company, has been driven by working with LAUSD and countless other private schools. His work experience has given him much insight into the needs of his customers, especially in these challenging pandemic times. Like his colleagues, he tries to find the best service possible.

A friendly customer service rep will always answer the phone during business hours to assist you with any question or direct you to an in-house expert. Our customer service staff can assist you with your in-house account, place orders, answer any questions from pricing, payments and any special instructions for your facility.
